Percy seemingly came from nowhere, and from no one. A rainy day in Fontaine brought about a child, adorned with a mess of blond hair and curious green eyes. He does not remember how he came to be, only that it was Her who found him.
A glistening statue in the middle of a fountain became Percy's will to live. He was meant to devote himself to Her, he was certain of it. The water of judgement cleansed his past; forgiving him for wrongs he was unaware of committing.
He prayed for the Hydro Archon's blessing, and prayed to be granted a vision to match the holy water of Her Grace. However, his dreams were thwarted when earthy green flooded his gaze.
A Dendro vision, and an ability to conceive flora, became the first two skills in Percy's possession. With his new powers, he continued to tend to the church of the Archon he so loved. Water brought forth new beginnings for Percy.
